  • Indonesian Rijsttafel Banquet Planned for April 23 in Skokie, Illinois

    On April 23, the Illinois TCC Chapter will take part in a Rijsttafel. This is a public event, so reservations are on a first come, first served basis. Consequently, if we want to be served together early in the evening, we must make reservations between 6:00 and 6:30 as soon as possible.     Details:

    • What: A Rijsttafel, a grand buffet like no other; experience the bounty of flavors from the Indonesian islands
    • Time: 5:30 – 8:30. p.m. Join us for happy hour at 5:30 (or even before), Dinner from 6 to 7, Travel conversation 7:00-about 8:30
    • Where: Sketchbook Brewery, 4901 Main St., Skokie, IL 60077
    • Parking: Free public lot- NE corner of Main St.
    • Cost: $88.68 (inclusive of add-ons, taxes and fees)
