Area Coordinator Frank Basile reports that the Indiana Chapter had another excellent meeting on Sunday, Dec. 8, 2013. The activities began with an enjoyable reception and lunch, during which time the members exchanged travel stories and anecdotes. After a fine lunch, the group heard and saw an excellent presentation on Antarctica by Charles Williams, who has traveled there seven times and is a TCC Gold Member. He responded to questions after the presentation. Gregg Schmidt provided an update on TCC countries and membership information as well as other travel-related news.
The next meeting is scheduled for Saturday, May 17, 2014 from noon to 2 p.m. at the Seasons 52 restaurant. It is located at 8650 Keystone Crossing, which is close to I-465 on the north side of Indianapolis. TCC members and their guests are invited. The program promises to be another exciting one. Charles Merkel, TCC Gold Member from St. Louis, will present a program on Cuba.
