Please come to the 18th annual meeting of the Chicago-area chapter of the Travelers’ Century Club. We will be meeting at Tom and Ellen Flannigan‘s home on Saturday afternoon, April 5, 2014, from 1 to 3 p.m. Contact Tom for details. We hope to see you there!
The next meeting after April 2014 will be on Sunday, Oct. 5, 2014, from noon to 2 p.m. at the home of Kurt Shafer in Chatsworth, Illinois, an 80-minute drive south of Chicago. Kurt is one of the most widely traveled people in world history and a great storyteller. Kurt welcomes any other club members who may be in the area. His house is a virtual museum of travel; one will not be disappointed. Details will be sent in September.
