Area Coordinator Steve Fuller reports that the Kansas City chapter met on June 26 at Trezo Mare Restaurant. Leon and Glenda Torkelson shared their adventures during their 55-day cruise circumnavigating Antarctica. The trivia question was, “Why do many international flights in India depart around midnight?” Michael Wizniak had the correct answer: “So airlines can save fuel by taking off in cooler temperatures.”
Future meetings will be at 11:30 on Sept. 25, December 4 and March 26 at Trezo Mare.
