The September meeting of the Denver Chapter of the Travelers’ Century Club will be held on Thursday, Sept. 21, at 6 p.m. at The Garlic Knot Restaurant in University Hills (2553 South Coronado Blvd. in Denver). The restaurant is located on the west side of Colorado Blvd. and just north of Yale. Please let me know no later than Tuesday, September 19, if you plan to attend.
Jim Downs will treat us to photos and stories of his travels in “The Seven Countries of Indonesia and Timor Leste.”
Thanks to all everyone who attended our 28th birthday party in July and shared fascinating and humorous travel-related stories. It was certainly a fun evening.
Our last meeting of the year will be held on Nov. 16 at the Imperial Chinese Restaurant. I will give a presentation on my expedition cruise in the Indian Ocean.
I am looking for presenters for meetings in 2018. If you would like to do that, please let me know. Dates for next year are:
