| SPEAKER: | Margo Bart — Eastern Europe Margo will present her recent trip to Eastern Europe. With JoAnn Schwartz as her travel companion, the two started their trip in Albania and visited countries that were formerly part of Yugoslavia and the USSR. The presentation will include some offbeat places on TCC’s list, namely Srpska and Transniestra.In addition to trip highlights, Margo will discuss some pointers about trip planning and the pros and cons of making arrangements in advance.Those of you interested in adding to your country count, you won’t want to missthis presentation. There are many countries in this part of Europe. Moreover, Margo and JoAnn found this area to be safe, inexpensive, rich in history and quite worthwhile. |
