Hello World Travelers,
We welcomed the fall season at our TCC Eastern Canada meeting on Sept. 8 by first acknowledging Joyce Poth and Kevin Bryan as our newest TCC members.
We were then treated to a magnificent account of Mike and Donna Hill‘s five-year sailing odyssey around the world. To set up the presentation, Mike chronicled the voyage on Google Earth, which illustrated their trip to cross the Atlantic, a bit of the Mediterranean, the Pacific, Southern, Indian Oceans and others. We had a great time in a Q&A quizzing them about weather, waves, and ports of call. Many thanks to Mike and Donna.
We also got to share memories of visiting our 100th TCC country, and stories about how we celebrated.
The next Eastern Canada Chapter meeting will be at The Hive on Dec. 8. Details to follow.
