Twenty-eight members met on Sept. 15 at the United Irish Cultural Center in San Francisco. Our speaker was board member Pam Barrus, who took us on a beautiful photographic guidebook tour of hiking the Thames Path, a 184-mile National Trail, starting from its source in Gloucestershire, England, and ending at the Barriers after passing through London.
Our next meeting will be on Saturday, Dec. 1, in the Cook Room at Trader Vic’s in Emeryville (9 Anchor Drive, Emeryville, CA 94608). Social hour will begin at 11 a.m., followed by lunch at noon.
