Dear Travelers’ Century Club Member,
The Travelers’ Century Club UK Chapter will be holding our next meeting on Sunday, Nov. 17, in The Committee Room of the Royal Automobile Club, Pall Mall, London. This venue has proven to be a favourite meeting location ever since the TCC UK’s first meeting, which was held at the RAC in 2006.

As many members know who have attended previous meetings at the RAC, we limit our meetings there to once every other year, as it is significantly more expensive than other meeting venues. There is also a capacity limit in the Committee room, which means I can only accept a maximum number of members/provisional members and guests. I will confirm availability to everyone who indicates their intention to attend, first come, first served.
We welcome you to arrive anytime between 12.30 and 1 p.m. The meeting is likely to finish some time between 4 and 5 p.m., so please plan accordingly. A three-course lunch will be served shortly after 1 p.m. Please provide your veg/non-veg preferences, which are listed in your RSVP. A cash bar will be available for soft drinks, beer, wine and spirits. Please note there is a dress code at the RAC that is strictly enforced. Click for dress code details »

Please RSVP no later than Friday, Sept. 13 (or earlier if possible) so I can give the club an estimate of how many will attend. Members may invite a guest.
If attending, please ensure payment for £99.50 per person is made no later than Friday, Oct. 11. I’m afraid I will require payments to be made directly to the TCC UK bank account. Please advise if you require these bank details.
