The Pennsylvania TCC Chapter will meet on Sunday, Sept. 27, at 5 p.m. at the at James Beard-nominated Thai restaurant Kalaya. Per City of Philadelphia COVID-19 rules, attendance is strictly limited to eight attendees. Currently all spaces have been spoken for.
The guest speaker, who will participate via FaceTime, is director of the International Division of the Philadelphia Commerce Department.
