The 2022 Virtual Explorations series kicked off the year with an impressive presentation by writer, food critic and television personality, Simon Majumdar. Focusing on the “World of Food,” Simon shared ten world cuisines that have inspired his travel journey. Following the presentation, the breakout rooms were active for an hour as Simon stayed to answer more questions.
