The TCC UK and Ireland Chapter held our spring meeting at Doggett’s Coat & Badge, with 20 members and guests in attendance, including our guest TCC Oceania Chapter Coordinator Robyn Antill. We welcomed first-time attendees, new TCC members, and long-time devotees.
Our speaker was Per Besson, providing members with a brilliant programme “Practical Lessons of a Traveling Polyglot: The Journey towards Understanding and Connection.” Our members were particularly engaged with Per on many of his points on how language and understanding facilitates travel and makes it more enjoyable. We announced the dates for the Global Meeting in the Azores and asked members to discuss anything else they wished.
The TCC UK and Ireland Chapter will meet again at Doggett’s in October 2023, with the opportunity to vote on your date preference sometime in May. We hope to see you there.
