To avoid crowds, congestion and escalated prices over a four-day holiday weekend in Vietnam, we have changed the TCC International Conference dates to May 3-7, 2026. Our dates are changing because throughout the festivities, streets will be congested and some will be closed for parades, many shops will be closed, sightseeing costs will be at premium holiday rates and many restaurants will impose a surcharge.
For those of you who don’t want to miss the holiday festivities and parades, you may choose to arrive in Hanoi a few days early. The parades and official celebrations will take place on April 30 for Reunification Day and May 1 for International Workers Day. We’ll provide a link where you can post your photos during the conference for the enjoyment of all. You will be able to book the Melia Hotel at the same discounted rates being offered for the conference.
We regret making this change, but under the circumstances, it’s our best option. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to an amazing event!
