
Thirty members and guests met on Saturday, March 1, at the Basque Cultural Center in South San Francisco for the Northern California Chapter’s quarterly luncheon. Michael Sholer, past president of TCC, coordinator of the Charter Chapter (in Southern California) and a member of TCC’s Board was the featured speaker. His lively presentation concerned TCC’s history, legacy and future as the club celebrates more than 70 years of existence. Attendees included Betty Knudson who will soon turn 100 and is planning her next trip, which is likely to be her fourth cruise around the world.
