Area Coordinator Matt Cohen reports that the Oct. 19 Phoenix meeting was at noon in a private room at the Desert Botanical Garden. Some of the members provided lunch, and Matt and his wife, Dedrie, covered the admission fee for those who were not members of the DBG. Guest speaker was the director of the sister cities program. There was a birthday cake to celebrate TCC’s 60th Anniversary. Members explored the DGB before and after the meeting.
Future meetings will be in January and April, with an informal get-together in July.
