Thirty-five TCC NorCal members and guests gathered in September at Ula, an elegant restaurant in the heart of San Francisco, to enjoy a wonderful meal together. The event was made possible through the generous support of Brigitta Ammann, a longtime and dedicated member of the NorCal Chapter.
A round of applause celebrated Farhad Kashani, who achieved the remarkable milestone of earning his Platinum Certificate for visiting 250 destinations on the TCC List.
NorCal member Barry Hoffner presented his experiences while traveling the world and finding opportunities to “do good while traveling.” He has built schools in Mali and created scholarships to benefit young women in West Africa. His story left everyone truly inspired.
The next meeting of the Northern California TCC Chapter will be on Saturday, Dec. 6 at Trader Vic’s in Emeryville.
