The next TCC Canada meeting will be on Saturday, November 26, at 12 noon at 544 King Street West in Toronto. As those of you know from our August meeting, it is easy to get to: One block west of Spadina Ave. on King St. West. Across the street is a Starbucks with lots of parking spaces. The name on the building is “The Hive,” which is the name of my company. We have a big spacious boardroom with a big flat-screen TV for our presentation. Our featured speaker will be Mr. Andrew White. Andrew is a charming, articulate, passionate traveler who has “Traveled for a living” for several decades across the Globe. He is a former partner with Horizon & Co. (founded in 1963), a boutique travel company focused on providing upscale special-interest travel for individuals and small groups. Their mission was to design and stage authentic and deeply personal travel experiences for discerning travelers. They offered over 75 independent and escorted trips on seven continents. Having planned and escorted many of these tours, Andrew will share with us some hilarious, unbelievable occurrences that he was part of in some of the most remote corners of the world.
Given Andrew’s wide-0ranging topics, and in keep with this broad theme, a Dim Sum lunch will be served with a nominal donation of $10 each to cover costs.
