I hope you can attend the upcoming quarterly meeting of the TCC Texas & Oklahoma Chapter from 10:45 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 14, in Dallas. We are repeating the venue of our Dallas meeting of last October due to excellent feedback. Details are below.
I hope that the majority of you will be able to RSVP no later than June 12. In the most recent chapter newsletter I explained that we need to have a preliminary count one month in advance to be sure that we will have sufficient attendance to satisfy the venue’s minimum attendance requirement and avoid a cancellation charge if the meeting were cancelled after that. If you just don’t know by June 12 if you will be able to attend, don’t worry. We will accept additional RSVP’s through July 10, at which point we have to notify the venue of the final count, which they will use to order the correct amount of food, and will charge us on the basis of that count. One additional favor please – if you RSVP “yes” and then later find out that you cannot attend, please email to cancel your RSVP, otherwise we will be charged for the food you aren’t there to eat.
Note: Chapter Coordinator Emeritus Kim-Kay Randt will be leading the meeting, as I will be driving through Siberia at the time. Thank you very much Kim-Kay for your continued support of the chapter.
