Brief TCC Bulletins, Plust a Photo of Don Parrish in Abbottabad

During his 2011 travels, TCC member Don Parrish visited Abbottabad, Pakistan, where Osama Bin Laden was killed. On the 10th anniversary of September 11, 2001.
  • At its last meeting in June, the TCC Board changed the TCC Approved List of Countries to Approved List of Countries & Territories (still at 321).
  •  The TCC Roster will be mailed to members this month. It contains an updated History of the club. Send any corrections to TCC Headquarters.
  • Our apologies to Jagannathan Srinivasaraghavan for misspelling his last name in the last issue (we had the last three letters as ven instead of van). The article referred to his reaching his 300th TCC destination, giving him Diamond status.
  • He almost made it to 100 years. We’re sorry to relate the passing of Alfred Giese, from Mission Viejo, CA, at the age of 99. He was a regular attendee at the Southern California luncheons.
