The Denver chapter honored its former Area Coordinator Major Bonnie O’Leary at its March 20 dinner, reports new Co-Coordinator Phyllis McGuire. O’Leary was instrumental in starting the Colorado chapter in 1989 and was its leader for 25 years.

The dinner was held at Piccolo’s Restaurant. One new TCC member and five guests also attended. Co-Coordinator David Van Treuren showed photos and talked about his trip to North and South Korea. It was noted that Miriam Burris, a charter member of the chapter, passed away in April.

Barbara Jackson is giving a presentation on her trip to Borneo at the May 15 dinner at 6:00, at the Imperial Chinese Restaurant. The chapter will celebrate its 25th birthday at its meeting on July 17.
