The following attended the Zoom rendition of the Arkansas TCC Chapter meeting on Sept. 1 : Linda Bell; Henk
Knipscheer; Charles Merkel – St Louis Chapter Coordinator; Wendy Arbeit from Memphis; Marcia and Steven Clift; and Lynn Simmons – NYC Chapter Coordinator. The meeting lasted 1 hour and 15 minutes, filled with stories from a very well traveled and entertaining bunch.
There was a show and tell of travel items such as hats, puppets, and clothing and discussion of travels interrupted by Covid, last trips BC (before Covid), and those trips to dream about after Covid (AC), as well as reminiscing about carefree trips from the early ’70s chronicled by Charles and Henk.
One thing is certain – enthusiasm for future travel is alive and well!
