- Early arrival dinner: 7 p.m. (informal): $25-$50/person
Friday, May 6
- Gozo day tour with lunch (return by 5 p.m.): $100/person
- Welcome cocktail reception and dinner: $70-$100/person
Saturday, May 7
- Presentations, break-out sessions, tour Valletta: $80-$100/person (lunch included)
- Evening dinner: $60-$90/person
Sunday, May 8
