Nearly 30 members and guests were in attendance on Sept. 16 at the Basque Cultural Center luncheon. Bolivia was the subject of Tom Hixson and Kevin Sarmento‘s presentation, a destination that captured their imagination so much that they returned recently for a second visit. Attendees learned something about this country’s very ancient past and as well as its complicated current events. It was all quite interesting and their photographs were truly spectacular.
