TCC Members Explore Patagonia at September Luncheon

Sharon Cook and son Matt Cook received Silver Level recognition from President Steve Fuller.

More than 50 TCC members and guests met on the waterfront at the Newport Beach Yacht Club in Orange County, California, on Sept. 9 as the Charter Chapter honored two “new-level” achievers and five new Full Members.

A unique mother-son duo was presented with Silver Level (150 destinations) recognition as certificates and pins were awarded to Sharon Cook and Matt Cook by President Steve Fuller.

Five recent New Members were also welcomed including Michael Calder, Bryce Caster, Sharon Cook, Christa Rieth and Pauline Von Leffern. Steve Kellenberg, attending his first meeting since becoming a member, was also recognized.

Travel professional and TCC member Kim Hester presented an intriguing program on Patagonia, highlighting her adventures in both Argentina and Chile, with stunning scenery of glaciers, fjords, forests, snow-capped mountains and native wildlife.
