‘Social Distancing’ Prompts Virtual Meeting of Pacific Northwest and Western Canada TCC Members

The Seattle Pacific Northwest Chapter canceled our March meeting due to early “social distancing” orders from our governor, so we tried something new — a virtual meeting using Zoom. We invited Western Canada to join us. It was a successful meeting, we had nine members call in from computers and phones. We were treated to an organizational update from our new president, Tim Skeet. A good exchange was had, as we all adapt to staying home, something that tireless travelers are not used to! We will have more meetings this way, especially as a way to connect to members living in geographically distant places.
