  • Colorado Chapter Meeting July 23 in Genessee

    Greetings Travel Lovers,

    I hope you are surviving the heat and have enjoyed our country’s 250th birthday celebration. At our annual summer picnic at 6 p.m. on Thursday, July 23, we will celebrate our 37th birthday as a TCC Chapter.

    Sandwiches, salads, dessert, and bottled still and sparkling water will be provided, and you may bring your beverage of choice if you wish. The meal cost per person will be $30, payable by cash or check to Phyllis that evening. If you commit to attending, you are also committing to paying for the meal.

    Our hosts are Helene Eckstein and Bill Humphries who live in Genessee, where we can enjoy the views from their beautiful deck. I will send you their address when you confirm that you plan to attend. This will be a great time to catch up with each other and talk about our latest adventures. Please let me know no later than July 18 if you will attend so that we will have the correct amount of food.

    If you have travel books you no longer need you can bring them along for a book swap.

    We look forward to hearing from you and to seeing you on July 23!
