Washington, D.C. Chapter Updates

March 2020 TCC Meetup in Washington, D.C.

Wow! The regional gathering in Washington, D.C., on the weekend of March 6 was simply phenomenal! The event was made successful by the combined efforts from TCC president Tim Skeet, board member Stefan Krasowski, St Louis co- ordinator Charles Merkel, Washington, D.C., coordinator Jeff Houle and Elaine Church of the Washington chapter.

The weekend had a variety of events and social activities. We not only had group dinners on the Friday and Saturday nights for our attendees to socialize, but Saturday and Sunday mornings offered breakfast events with rapid-fire speakers of 10-15 minutes each. During the day, we had all- access badges to the Travel & Adventure Show that attendees explored exhibits and sessions from speakers such as Paul Theroux and Pauline Frommer.
