Georgia Chapter Co-coordinator Paige Becquet generously hosted members at her home on Saturday, Aug. 2. Paige showcased artifacts and keepsakes collected during her extensive world travels. The highlight was a culinary demonstration by Paige’s husband, Alain, a French chef, followed by a delicious lunch of freshly-made crêpes.
Fifteen Colorado Chapter members met at the Café de France in Denver on Thursday, Oct. 9. Jill and Glen Engel-Cox were welcomed as new members. David Van Treuren talked about his recent cruise in the Mediterranean, and showed photos of included stops in Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia and Lampedusa.
Chapter members met at Trezo Mare Restaurant on September 27, where special recognition was accorded to Bob Compton for visiting his 100th country and becoming an official member of the club. The Southeast Florida TCC Chapter enjoyed two delightful activities on Sunday, Nov. 16, in South Florida. First we toured a “hidden gem” in Homestead called the Coral Castle.
